Terms and conditions

1. Membership Overview

• Beauty Ranch offers a monthly membership program designed to provide you with exclusive access to discounted services, member-only benefits, and ongoing skincare support. Each membership grants you one treatment or service per month, depending on the membership selected.

2. Monthly Membership Fee

• Membership fees are billed automatically each month to the payment method provided at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable, and there are no prorated refunds for any unused portion of the membership term.

3. Non-Transferable Services

• Membership services are exclusively for the enrolled member and are non-transferable. You may not transfer, share, or gift your monthly service to another person.

4. Service Expiration

• Monthly services included in your membership must be used within the calendar month. Unused services will not roll over to the following month. If you are unable to utilize your service during a given month, it will expire at the end of that month, and no credit or refund will be issued.

5. Service Availability

• All services are subject to availability. We recommend booking your monthly service in advance to ensure appointment availability. Beauty Ranch is not responsible for any unused services due to the member's inability to schedule within the month.

6. Monthly Visit Policy

• Non-Transferable and Non-Combined: Monthly visits or services cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discounts. Each monthly service is exclusive to the membership benefits and cannot be shared.

• Service Expiration: Services must be used within the calendar month and do not "roll over" to the next month. If the service is not used within the designated month, it will expire, and no credit will be provided.

7. Membership Cancellation & Suspension

• Product Charges on Cancellation: If the membership is canceled prematurely by the member, any products or services received at discounted member pricing will be charged at full retail price for the remaining commitment term.

• Cancellation Procedure: To cancel your Beauty Ranch Membership, you must visit your Beauty Ranch clinic at least seven (7) calendar days before your billing date and complete the Beauty Ranch Membership Cancellation Form.

• Membership Suspension/Freeze: To suspend or freeze your membership, you must provide Beauty Ranch with at least seven (7) calendar days' written notice before your billing date. Please refer to the full terms in your Beauty Ranch Membership contract for details.

• Beauty Ranch Termination Rights: Beauty Ranch reserves the right to terminate your membership upon written notice for any reason or no reason at all.
